The deadline for the first round of the registration ended on May 31, 2010. The deadline for the second round of the registration ended on July 19, 2010.

The deadline for the third round of the registration is on Monday, August 2, 2010.

Registration is required of all attendees of TEAL-6 and its related activities. All persons interested in attending the workshop are advised to download the registration form [DOC] [PDF], fill it out, and send it by email attachment to the TEAL Organizing Committee at teal6workshop@gmail.com to secure a space.

You will not be asked to pay at this time, but your registration is of utmost importance to help us ensure enough sitting spaces for everyone. Since space is limited, selection will be first-come, first-serve. If you return your pre-registration form by Monday, August 2, a space will be guaranteed.

The registration fees (per person) for attending TEAL-6 are the following.

The registration fee will cover costs of your meeting materials and tea receptions, and (if applicable) entitle you to 2 meals on (one buffet lunch and one buffet dinner on August 15). Please notice that the one-day excursion on August 16, 2010 is not included in the registration fee and needs to be paid separately.

These costs are heavily subsidized by the organizers, going well beyond what the paid registration fees actually can cover. If, during the workshop (and the other two conferences), you skip any (portion) of these events, or if any (portion) is cancelled due to unforeseen reasons beyond our control, there will be no refund of the registration fees.

The registration fee is payable on site on August 15.

Participants in TEAL-6 (presenters, co-presenters, and non-presenters) with registration status are also automatically invited and registered to participate in the public talk by Professor Noam Chomsky on the evening of August 13, 2010 at the Peking University.
